Love it!

Love this food processor! It's big enough for my liking as I cook several times a quick and use it often. It chops very well and quickly. I also like that it has a pulse option if I want something chopped bigger. Definitely recommend this food processor.

Replacement parts are unavailable

I purchased this food processor a year ago, and all went well. A few weeks ago, I used it to make scones. I kept having problems with it attaching to the base. I kept trying other positions. I put on the lid so I could see if it would start. Somehow. the lid went on, but not correctly. I cannot take off the lid. I have been trying to find a new cup and lid, but to no avail. So I now have two sets of attachments I have not used, but no working food processor. This is my second food processor in 10 years. First one lasted a long time until bowl broke. Obviously the plastic bowl is a limiting factor. Need a new one when it is damaged. Parts should be available especially if the product is less than 5 years old. Mine is over a year. Should have bought an added warranty.

Cuisinart 11 cup Pro Custom

I’m happy with my purchase. I’ve used it only one time so far. I was a little disappointed it not come with a dough blade. The description mentioned a dough blade.

Fast and Efficient

I used my processor this past Thanksgiving for the first time and it very fast and efficient. There are a lot of attachments that I need to learn how to use, but for cutting and pureeing, it did the job.

Disappointed

This highly recommended food processor is a big disappointment to me. My 23 year old kitchenaid bowl broke and is no longer available to replace. I received this cuisinart for Christmas. The blades are not strong as my old kitchenaid. I shredded sharp cheddar cheese and some of it stuck to the bottom of the shredder blade. Was gross & hard to clean. The Cuisinart wobbles and the bowl is not BPA free. I read the Breville bowl is BPA free. However is it a bit more costly. I wouldn't recommend it but it you've never had anything to compare it to then try it, you may like it.

frustrated as all heck. Talk to computer awful.

Delivered to wrong address. Unable to talk to anyone fluent in English. Virtual assistance implied replacement would ship right away then charged my card without authorization. Now I’ve been charged twice and AI cant answer questions. Sheesh.
