not what i expected

I SAW THIS NECKLACE IN THE STORE AND I REALLY FELL IN LOVE WITH IT AND IT WAS A MUST HAVE,HOWEVER WHEN I ORDERED IT ON LINE IT WAS NOT WHAT I EXPECTED. THE NECKLACE I RECEIVED SEEMED SMALLER AND THE DIAMONDS WERE NOT AS CLEAR. I AM DISAPOINTED.
