The coffee maker came in a beat up box that had a sticker on top that said: Used: Damaged. Sent it back.

Great machine

Makes a great espresso and the Mille frother is so simple and comes out perfect. Really makes is easy to have latte whenever I want.

We love the VertuoLine coffee n espresso machine

Every kitchen needs a Nespress coffee and espresso machine. The only drawback is that the coffee pods for the Vertuo machine are expensive, but if you enjoy good coffee, then it's a treat! The VertuoLine machine sample tray came with only 4 out of the 12 pods guaranteed in the purchase. What now? Who addresses this problem. Looks like we are not the only customers shortchanged :( Busers beware.

I was underwhelmed by this machine. Very limited varieties of coffee flavors, and very expensive pods.

Macy's Sold Me a Used Nespresso Machine

Upon opening the box I found half of the sample coffee pods were missing, the warning tag had been removed from the cord and the instruction manual was missing. I am obviously going to return it. I'm shocked the staff doesn't check the items before selling. Very disappointing.

Good coffee machine

Coffee flavor is good but some how it doesn't produce soft cream on top. Just a lot of bubble.

I love good coffee and the Breville Virtue Espresso coffee maker is perfect for my needs. It makes the perfect up of coffee or espresso in minutes. With the frother I can have cappuccino or a latte when ever I want.

Great coffee

This machine makes some great tasting coffee and the aerocinno takes my coffee game to the next level. I also love that it is not bulky and does not take up as much counter space as other coffee machines that I have owned. This was my first time buying a nespresso band coffee maker and I will never go back. This brand really lived up to the hype for me and I would recommend it to other coffee lovers.
