Comfortable to wear
I bought this backpack on a whim during a random trip to Macy's one day. The current backpack I had was too big and bulky, and I wanted to get something more suited for a professional environment. This one looked nice and clean-cut, so I just decided to go with it. Now that I've been carrying this backpack around for about a month, I have to say that this is one of the most well-designed backpacks I've ever had. I'm not in the best shape, and I don't have a great back. I've found that most straps in backpacks pinch the back of my upper shoulders, so that they get sore/tired easily. However, when I carry this one, it's impressive how it really seems to lighten the load for me. The shape of the straps, and the placement of the cushions were very well done. Beyond this it's just a good-looking backpack. It has plenty of compartments for miscellaneous storage. The outer flap can get in the way, but it does add to the clean and simple look. So far, this turned out to be a great purchase.

Perfect Work Backpack
This backpack is as close to perfect I have yet to find. I like the different compartments and the easy access to my laptop and folder/papers with it having its own compartment. Things I would change if I could: 1. I would like the front flap to have two zippers rather than one deep pocket so the little things like a smart phone being in one while things like gum/chapstick/etc in the other. 2. It would be ideal that the side "water bottle" pockets were taller since if you don't have a shorty, your water bottle or umbrella will fall out. One side should be zip-covered so things like sunglasses should be added without worrying about loosing them. 3. I also like the backpacks that have the snap-closure on the straps as I find that to be less stressful on my back.

Excellent backpack
I am glad that I found an affordable and good quality backpack. I love design. I use it to my school and my laptop. I was worried in rainy day that water could break my laptop, thankfully nothing happened. I am happy with my purchase

Worst Product!
This is my first time to write review, because this product's quality is so bad. The sting of the bag was broken when I received it. Just don't buy it.
